  • Minimum Notice for Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 2 days prior to the appointment start time.

  • Online booking is available 24/7 through our website.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their appointments online.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund (if applicable).

 

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their appointments online.

  • Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time and may be treated as a late cancellation.
